How long does production and shipping take?
Every piece is made on demand — nothing gets printed until you order it. That keeps waste low and quality high, but it also means things take a little longer than Amazon-style shipping.
Production Time:
About 5–7 days for your shirt to be printed, packed, and ready to go.
Shipping Time:
Once it’s made, expect 2–5 business days for delivery to your doorstep (U.S. orders).
All together, most customers receive their order in about 1–2 weeks.
Quality over speed — your gear is made fresh, not pulled off a shelf.
Will I get tracking updates?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Didn’t see a tracking email?
Double-check your spam/junk folder, then reach out to us and we’ll resend it.
Why don’t you offer cash returns?
Each item is made just for you, fresh off the press — that’s how we keep things sustainable and avoid overproduction.
Because of that, we don’t offer cash refunds right now. But if something doesn’t fit or you just want to swap it out, we’ve got you covered with store credit or exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
Can I swap sizes if it doesn’t fit?
For sure! If you need a different size or something’s off with your order, just reach out within 30 days.

Do you offer store credit?
Yep! If a replacement isn’t needed, we can issue store credit equal to the value of your returned item (shipping not included).
Your credit never expires and can be used anytime on anything in the Sole Surf shop.
It’s our way of keeping things flexible — and sustainable — while making sure you’re stoked with your gear. 🌊
Where are you guys based? And where’s my stuff shipping from?
We’re lucky to call Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi home. 🌺🏄♂️
That said, our gear ships from a few partner locations on the mainland and beyond — so delivery times can vary a bit. Promise it’s worth the wait.
Can I get a custom color or size?
Maybe! We try to make it happen whenever possible.
