How long does production and shipping take?

All Sole Surf Company apparel is made to order. Production usually takes around 5–7 business days for printing, packing, and preparation. Once your order ships, delivery generally takes 2–5 business days within the United States. Most customers receive their order within 1–2 weeks total.

Our FAQS team believes quality matters more than rushed production. Every piece is made fresh instead of sitting on a warehouse shelf.

Will I receive tracking updates?

Yes! As soon as your package ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number. This allows you to monitor your order from shipment to delivery.

If you cannot find your tracking email, check your spam or junk folder first. If it’s still missing, contact Sole Surf Company support and we’ll resend it quickly.

Why doesn’t Sole Surf Company offer cash refunds?

Because every product is custom-made after you place an order, we focus on sustainable production and reducing waste. For this reason, we currently offer exchanges or store credit instead of cash refunds.

If something doesn’t fit or you’d like a different item, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we’ll help you with the exchange process.

Can I exchange sizes if my order doesn’t fit?

Absolutely. If you need another size or there’s an issue with your order, reach out within 30 days. Please include your name, order number, item details, and the size you need.
