Why does your company not accept returns? 

We utilize a print on demand type of business model, therefore each item is made only when a customer orders it. This makes the products unique or one of a kind, because of this we do not accept returns.

In the future we hope to revisit this policy, but not at this time. 

Do you offer exchanges? 

Yes, we do offer exchanges. Please email us at info@solesurfcompany.com or call/text us at (808) 383-6113 and leave your name, number, address, item name, and size you want to exchange for.

Where are you based and where does your items ship from? 

We are based on the Island of Oahu, which is one of the 8 main islands in Hawaii. We source from a few different manufactures on the continental United States as well as some international manufactures. This is why shipping times can vary.
