Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive something damaged or if the wrong item shows up — first off, we’re really sorry.
Please let us know right away so we can make it right.

Final Word
Because everything is custom made, we can’t offer full refunds unless there’s a serious issue with the product (wrong item, damaged item, etc.).
But we’ll always do everything we can to make sure you’re stoked with your Sole Surf experience.
