At Sole Surf Company, many of our products are made to order — created specifically for you after purchase. This helps us reduce waste, avoid overproduction, and keep our gear fresh and intentional.

Because of this, we do not offer cash refunds. If something doesn’t work out, we’ve got you covered with exchanges or store credit.


Exchanges & Store Credit (30 Days)

Need a different size or want to swap something out? No problem.

To qualify:

✓ Request within 30 days of delivery
✓ Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Store credit or exchange only (no cash refunds)
✓ Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we made a mistake

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, that’s on us — and we’ll make it right.

Limited releases, clearance items, and products marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
