How long until my order ships?

Since everything is made just for you, we ask for a little patience.
Production takes about 2–7 business days before it ships out.
(We’re making it fresh, not pulling it off a dusty shelf.)

How long does shipping take?

Once your order is ready to roll, here’s what to expect:

• U.S. Orders: Usually 3–5 business days

• International Orders: Around 7–21 business days (depends where you are)

Heads up: These are estimates. Holidays, weather, and other random stuff can sometimes slow things down.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and what you’re ordering.
We keep it as affordable as we can!

Will I get a tracking number?

Yep! 📦
As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a tracking email so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep (or your next surf trip).

What if my package is late or missing?

If it’s been a while and you still haven’t gotten your order, don’t stress.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because each item is made to order, we can’t always change or cancel orders once they’re placed.
