At Sole Surf Company, many of our products are made to order and created specifically for you after your purchase. This allows us to reduce waste, avoid overproduction, and focus on delivering premium-quality apparel inspired by the islands.
We want you to love your order. If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to offer a 30-day return policy with the option of a full refund or exchange.
30-Day Returns & Exchanges
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for either:
- A full refund to your original payment method
- An exchange for a different size, color, or product
To qualify for a return:
- Your request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- Original tags should still be attached (if applicable)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right.
Simply contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A few photos of the issue
We'll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- The item is defective
- We shipped the wrong item
If the issue was our mistake, we'll cover the cost of making it right.
Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale, clearance merchandise, and limited-edition releases are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
