30-Day Returns & Exchanges

If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for either:

• A full refund to your original payment method, or
• An exchange for a different size, color, or product.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original tags (if applicable) should still be attached

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Please email info@solesurfcompany.com or call/text (808) 383-6113 with your order number and a few photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error with your order.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale, clearance merchandise, and limited-edition releases cannot be returned or exchanged.
