How long until my order ships?
Since everything is made just for you, we ask for a little patience.
Production takes about 2–7 business days before it ships out.
(We’re making it fresh, not pulling it off a dusty shelf.)
How long does shipping take?
Once your order is ready to roll, here’s what to expect:

International Orders: Around 7–21 business days (depends where you are)

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $50. Shipping costs for orders under $50 and international orders are calculated at checkout based on your location and order.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yep! 📦
As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a tracking email so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep (or your next surf trip).
What if my package is late or missing?
If it’s been a while and you still haven’t gotten your order, don’t stress.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Because each item is made to order, we can’t always change or cancel orders once they’re placed.
